Wesley's first Science Experament

I had a science experiment for my Astronomy class that was about changes in the Earth's surface. We used flour and coca powder to make the Earth's surface. Water, marbles (meteors), wind (blowing) and plate tectonics (our hands moving through the flour) to see how the surface would react. It was so fun and we made such a glorious mess!


Here is the wind, eroding away the surface of the earth...

Here is water, forming ravines and canyons...

Here is a meteor crashing into the Earth's surface making a crater...See how plate tectonics changing the face of the Earth's surface it covers up the crater made by the meteor...
Look at the mess we made!... The Earth's surface sure does look different from when we started!

My son is such a little genius!
